10 Year Warranty Information

Thank you for choosing Alfresco Canopies & Milwood Group. Our canopies are guaranteed – from original date of purchase by the initial buyer – for a period of 10 years against:

• Fading
• Discolouration
• Defective component parts
• Faulty workmanship.

The manufacturer (Milwood Group) guarantees to repair at its discretion – or replace free of charge – any of its canopy and carport system components which develop a fault due to defective materials, manufacture or construction, subject to the following conditions:

1. The Milwood Group will not be held liable for repairs or replacements of components which are damaged due to unauthorised repairs, modifications, alterations, misuse, negligence, deliberate and/or accidental damage whatsoever the cause, fire, flood, acts of terrorism, acts of God, subsidence, heave or normal wear and tear.
2. It is important to promptly notify the Milwood Group in writing of any defects or broken components as these could render the canopy/carport unsafe for use. Any repairs, alterations or modifications carried out by unauthorised persons will invalidate this guarantee.
3. The end user of the product should follow the Simplicity After Care Schedule for care instructions and to help prolong the product’s life. Failure to adhere to the After Care Schedule will void this Guarantee.
4. Any customers who require repairs, maintenance, modifications or alterations to canopies due to situations that are not covered by this guarantee will be given a full written assessment of costs following a site visit and detailed inspection by one of our qualified surveyors.
