I cannot recommend this company enough. They seemed to tick all our boxes which was confirmed upon first contact then all the way throughout. Absolutely wonderful, friendly and professional right from my initial enquiry , through the site survey ending with the installation. No trying to sell extras, not pushing upgrades just pure and honest . The installation team were extremely polite and professional with excellent work ethics, a credit to this company. I was kept informed of their actions right the way through. At the end of the first day the site was left so clean and tidy right down to my block paving being vacuumed. Extra little finishing touches above and beyond the canopy installation that I expected to do was completed for me. We have just had a Simplicity 6 canopy fitted on our patio. After looking at a few different companies online I emailed Alfresco to get an approximate price and received a reply the next day. We had a few questions and these were also answered quickly. Great customer service and no high pressure selling involved at all. After the survey was carried out we decided to place the order with them. We were advised of an approximate timescale and this was met. The installers turned up at 8am and were very professional and organised and when they left our patio was as it had been with the addition of a lovely sturdy shelter to enable us to fully enjoy our outdoor space. Great company and lovely friendly staff = happy customers.

We've had our glass canopy which was installed over our patio for several months now so have had time to appreciate whether we made the right choice. He conducted a thorough check of the site and taking into account several technical issues, assured us that the problems could be overcome.
